Buccaneers welcome Giants to Monday Night Football – ESPN 98.1 FM

New York Giants at Tampa Bay Buccaneers for MNF at 8:15 p.m.

Buccaneers: Brady after a loss is 51-15. Pretty much all there is to say. The last time Brady lost more than three games in a row was 19 years ago. Brady only had a three-game losing streak in 2002, losing four in a row.

Brady had this to say watching his team come into this game.

The problem Brady faces is the madness of the National Football League during the 2021 season. There seems to be this running theme of Team Top in their division having an upset loss.

As a result, the Buccaneers fell victim to that sentiment with their loss to the Washington football team last weekend. The Bucs were stifled by a team fighting for their third win of the season.

The problem over the past few weeks has been injuries with the Tampa Bay offense. Antonio Brown and Rob Gronkowski have been out for three weeks. They have the return of their star receiver Chris Godwin.

The mindset is Brady thinks they’ve had enough and need to turn on the afterburners.

Giants: The Giants have had little success this season. The seat at the bottom of the NFC East. Recently, they have been able to compete against better competitors.

Plus, the Giants are coming off the back of a win over the Raiders. They have also beaten teams in similar situations like the Panthers and Washington.

The issues with the Giants are their Saquan Barkley franchise. Will it be the healthy and diverse option that the team desperately need.

Defensive-End Star Leonard Williams is looking forward to the challenge and believes the G-Men can handle the Buccaneers.

The Giants are looking for their fourth win of the season and the Bucs are looking for their seventh.
